Measuring loads blocks CSD

Hi all,

in an old CS system @rel.4.4.2, that have always worked perfectly, one of our customers is now facing a strange issue on measuring load on outputs of any PM amps in the network. For some reason, the measure load procedure emits only one sweep instead of the standard three sweeps, then CSD stops working ad the user needs to kill the task from task manager and start CSD again.

So, this happens on any PM on the network, the PM amps are working fine; Windows Update is disabled on the CSD PC so to avoid issues due to updates.

Any suggestion?
