Hi Team!! We have a customer in Thailand and set the front panel for a year, however the password was missed. we would like to re-config the system, is there anyway to find the password or restore the amplifier to factory setting? Best Regards, Yothin,
I am working on a project where the client has 2 ESP-00 II and 11 PM-8500N Amplifiers, and have 15 Zones and requested an application, I was working on an app and in a very early stage as I added 5th collection (Page) it is not allowing me to add any more. Not sure, How many collection can be added to single Bose CS Remote builder app. Thanks in advance.
Hello, I'm getting a constant open channel alarm while doing a "50V mode" installation even tho i have disabled open channel alarm on the amplifier. mostly happens when i raise the volume I think Ive set all according to the 50v mode manual: any idea what I'm missing?
I have three rooms which will require a ceiling speaker (e.g. FreeSpace DS 40F) and a wall volume controller (e.g. ControlCenter CC-1 zone controller) in each room. Will I be able to use one FreeSpace IZA 2120-HZ amplifier in this setup? Or are there any other recommendations that will allow three rooms to have a speaker and volume controller in each? Thanks in advance, Andrew.
As Arno said, mono channel driving of 70/100v lines are detected as open lines. However, the amp will still function correctly, and to avoid your client reporting errors you can configure the amp not to trigger alarms for open circuits. Right click the amp in project view, "Setup alarms".
Hi Luis, You probably connect 100/70V loudspeakers to a single channel. What you select in the properties window is when will the fault output (on the rear of the PowerMatch) contact be triggered. This is independent of what the PowerMatch will detect. Because you have a high impedance using 100/70V loudspeaker, the PowerMatch will "see" this as an open line. BR Arno
The IZA2120-HZ is a 2 zone amplifier. If 3 zones are required a second IZA2120 / ZA 2120HZ or IZA / ZA 190-HZ (depending on the required power) is required. Or you can used 100V attenuators instead of the CC-1 as long as you do not need to change input source per zone. You can also have a look at our 4 channel amplifiers like the PowerShare and our new PowerSpace line. BR Arno
Sven, For some reason, I'm unable to send you a private message. (I'll investigate why) Please email us at email@example.com . This is normally for US support, but we will reply with an answer. Thank you, Chris
