My L1 Model II was working before I turned it off an back on 3 minutes later. Now, there is no array or sub output. The power light is blue and D118 is flashing about 2 or 3 times per second. Can you tell me what that indicates?

Hello, JohnM.

I'm sorry your L1 Model II Power Stand is not working.

Please disassembling the unit (remove all cables), and let it sit for two minutes. Reassemble it and test.

If the unit does not work after that, it will need to be serviced.

Please call Bose Support. They will help you.

I have certainly done that more than once. I will call to discuss service/shipping options on Monday.
