We've read elsewhere on the web that you've got concerns about a recent repair to your L1® Compact. You have said that Bose is not honoring your warranty claim.
Here's what we can do:
Please send proof of purchase from a Bose Authorized dealer showing the purchase of your new L1® Compact within the two years of the repair in December 2017. You can send it as an attachment to BoseProCommunity@bose.com.
We will issue a refund for what you paid to have the microphone input of your L1® Compact repaired.
