USB Recording & no speakers

I have just ordered the Optional Power Adapter for my T1, that I have with my L1 ModII.

I was testing out recording back to the same PC that I am using for sound tracks with PC to USB set to 4/5 and the USB to PC set to Master, with a Mike in Channel 1.

I have a software application called RoxBox, where you can set that track to automatically record to a \REC\Trackname file on the PC harddrive.

Anyway it seems to work, but at 11:30PM, I could not test very much, even with just one speaker stick in place as the volume levels were not appreciated at that hour.

I should have ordered the Power Adapter with 2 day shipping, as I would like to continue testing and practicing with headphones (with a Mono adapter) plugged into the Master output.

I was curious as to could the L1 be run with no speakers plugged in without causing any issues or damage. I read elsewhere here that just 1 L1 and no B1 was OK. Granted it does not sound good, but I only want to hear it through the headphones.

Or just wait for the Power Adaptor to show up.

Joel -

You can certainly run the L1 with all, some or none of the speakers connected. With no speakers connected it will happily serve as a big power supply for the T1. You are in no way risking damage to the unit by doing this.
