Tone match audio engine gone dead ie; won't turn on. Is there anything I can do to fix it or do I need to send it away. If so where do I send it to?

I'm sorry your T1 won't turn on. If you are close to a Bose dealer, please take it there for help determining if the issue is the T1 or the Power Stand or T1 power supply (if you have one). Your Bose dealer should also be able to contact Bose Support for you.
