Hi, new here

I just purchased an L1 Model 2 with B2 SUB and Tone Match. I just noticed that the Top Speaker is designated as an L1 Model 1S Speaker but the Base Speaker is Marked L1 Model 2. Is this unusual or are the speakers interchangeable with the unit? Are there any potential issues with sound quality or other potential concerns? Thanks for any info.

That sounds odd.

Please reply with pictures of the labels where you see the designations.

The Cylindrical Radiator® sections are not interchangeable across models.

That's why I'd like to get a look at what you're seeing.

Thanks,

Hi ToddK,

Please go back to the seller and insist on getting two matching L1 Model II sections for the Cylindrical Radiator®.  Your system may be functional (you're getting sound out of both sections) but this isn't the way Bose sold and shipped the system.  If you got it directly from Bose (seems unlikely), please call Bose Support and get this straightened out.
