I am using two sets of the F1 system. One of the 812 speakers is cutting in and out, even though the signal indicator stays on. Any idea why this is happening? I'm playing soft background music through the system. I have tried using a different cable, as well as using channel 2 instead of channel 1.

You've done some good trouble shooting.
Have you tried taking the cable from the F1 Model 812 that's working and connecting that to the unit that is cutting in and out?
If you get the same result, it sounds like the unit may need to be serviced.

My signal chain is this: from mixer to F1 sub, from F1 sub to 812. I think it must be some sort of internal connection issue. Right now, there is no sound coming out from the speaker at all, but the signal light is solid green, just like the other 812.
I'm sorry, it sounds like your next step is to call Bose Support on Monday.
