We just received our brand new Bose S1, ordered through Guitar Center, and used it daily for one week. Tonight it will not power on. We unplugged it for 10 minutes. Tried again with no luck. We tried a different outlet, no luck. We even tried an alternative power cord, no luck. It simply will not turn on for no apparent reason. Help! Is there anything else we can try? What is the process to get a replacement?

@Sksisme, did you ever resolve the issue? If you had a dead battery installed, it can take many hours to charge it back up to full.
