So I spoke with Bose Support minutes ago and described the problem. I have to send S1 Pro back with a 3-4 week turnaround repair. I’m a bit more than upset because I’m a working musician, 2-3 times a day in nursing homes. I need a replacement ASAP and will try to borrow or rent something other than using my small inadequate Fishman loud box. How do others rate getting a new S1 Pro sent out to them immediately as they return their failed unit?.. I’ve seen the posts!

I'm sorry you're disappointed at the anticipated turnaround time for your S1 Pro warranty repair.

I hope you can find a suitable replacement while your S1 Pro is away.

Bose is conservative when it estimates a 3-4 week turnaround. I hope you get yours back sooner.
