So, I just plugged in my L1 Model2 and turned it on today, and the speakers buzzed without the volume turned up.  Then, I connected audio and it has this crazy reverb.  Since I have two model 2's, I swapped location and speakers.  Same result.  It's buzzing when not connected to audio, and it has this crazy reverb (and lower volume output) when connected to music.  When i turn it up, it kind of pops.  Not good.

Any ideas?

Hi AdamJStout,

Thank you for joining the Bose Portable PA Community.  Welcome.

I'm sorry you're having a problem with your L1 Model II.  Since you've swapped things out - and it sounds like you've isolated the problem to one power stand - that power stand will likely have to be serviced.

If it was just an issue crazy reverb and low output - well that sounds like you've got a stereo source connected to the mono analog input. Tha doesn't explain the buzzing when nothing is connected.

It sounds like it's time to call Bose Support.
