Hey Guys- dropping in on this forum to get some thoughts on a peculiar problem we're having. We recently purchased a used F1 system... bought it through a reputable local dealer and they were in great shape. They sounded amazing after the install, but recently I've noticed a significant drop in high frequencies in one of the F1 uppers. Have any of you experienced a similar issue, or have any ideas on the cause?

I'm sorry you've got a problem with the highs in one of the F1 Model 812 systems.
There's no known issue like this.
Have you swapped the input cables from the good unit to the other one? Does the problem persist?
If it does, I'd talk to the dealer about this or call Bose Support.

Just curoious if you are running in the straight position on the array? I ask because I notice a big differnce in the highs when I use any of the positions with the top or bottom of the array pushed inward.
