Hi Everyone

Has any South Australians received a Back Pack Yet?

Does anyone know how to get an update from Bose?

I have rung the CS line and each time it goes to offshore call centre who are really nice but cannot help. 

I have emailed marketing@bose.com.au as instructed but have received Zero response  Not even acknowledgement of email receipt  

Any help will be greatly appreciate

Here's the latest news. For All Regions:

If you have placed your claim for the backpack, you haven't received it, and it's been more than 12 weeks please send an email to support@bose.com with the following information.

Subject: Bose S1 Pro Backpack Claim

Your full name

Email Address where you received the acknowledgment of the claim

Address

Phone number

S1 Pro System serial number(s) from the bottom of your S1 Pro system(s)

Please attach the email you received acknowledging your claim.

Thank you for prompt response. 

I have all the details except confirmation and will send new email shortly. 

The reason I called Bose was my email inbox automatically clears emails after 3 months and I failed to move the confirmation email to a different folder. My fault entirely. I did get the confirmation email and in fact the CS person at the call centre acknowledged they had received but could not send a copy of the confirmation email  

I’ll update ASAP

Is this normal? 

I must say now that I am extremely dissaoonted with Bose Australia on the Pro side  

I don’t expect immediate response but after weeks it would be nice to at least receive some sort of acknowledgement that I have contacted Bose  

Do any other Aussie’s have this trouble?
