S1 Dead Battery and System Powering Down

Picked up the S1 a few days ago and when plugged in it works great except it tends to turn off after about 5 minutes of use. Once I toggle the power it stays on for as long as I want it to. The other problem is that the battery on the unit seems to be dead. I cannot get it to charge and the speaker only works when plugged in. Complete Novice Using Two L1 Model II for a Wedding

Hi there, I have access to two L1 Model II systems (both are L1® Model ll w/Microphone Accessory with B2 Bass, so I will have two B2 Bass units as well). F1 WOOFER TOP DRIVER BUZZING/DISTORTING

Hello Bose, I have been using a matched pair of F1 812 with F1 Subwoofer purchased in Oct 2016. The system has worked flawlessly but during sound check for a recent gig, I noticed for the first time that the upper 10' speaker in one of my Subwoofers had a buzzing/distorted sound. Jus picked up an L1 compact.. play a solo set using guitar and vocals. I run both instrument and vocal mic through a Digitec “Vocalist” Live Harmony pedal. Yes, connect the output of the Digitech “Vocalist” Live Harmony pedal to L1 Compact Channel 2. Set the ToneMatch switch to line level. Output Clipping is on While no input is connected to L1MII PS

Greetings, I have 2 L1MII connected to a single T4S on L and R ToneMatch digital audio outputs. Channel 4 of T4S is connected to a computer source playing music through both the L1. The 4 little rubber knob covers right below my 1st gen T1 LCD display are disintegrating and/or getting very sticky to the touch. Connecting Tone Match 8 to L1 Compact via xlr

Hello, When I connect my ToneMatch 8 ch with my L1 Compact via xlr to xlr, I get a loud hiss. When I go mono 1/4" to xlr via transformer connection, the hiss subsides 90%. Hi Phil Miligan Welcome to the Bose Portable PA Community, and thanks for the great question. The L1 Compact XLR input is for microphones (only). There is a built-in ToneMatch Preset for microphones that is not appropriate for full-range signals like a mixer output. The input sensitivity is too high for a line-level source like the T8S output. You can keep using the 1/4" to XLR conversion - but you don't have to. You don't need a matching transformer for this connection. You can use the...Read More...

I am using a Fishman Platinum Pro EQ between my guitar and T8S. This preamp is silent with my other mixer and PA, but when used with the T8s and L1, there is low level white noise. T8S Mixer Reverb

I recently purchased a T8S . I have a T1...which was always great... and I needed more channels. I am not able to get global reverb of any kind...no matter what the setting. It simply doesn't work.
