S1 Pro logo

Hi, I was rotating the logo on my S1 Pro, and it snapped in half. Also the back part of it is now rattling around inside the grill. I called tech support, and they said the logo is not sold (or available) separately, and the grill is non-removable - so how do I repair this? T8S Mixer

I recently purchased a TS8. I have a T1...which was always great... and I needed more channels. I am not able to get global reverb of any kind...no matter what the setting. It simply doesn't work. The only way to get any channel reverb to to turn it up almost all the way...and then it just sounds bad. What can I do to get decent reverb? The T1 reverb was great. L1 MII resets (loses signal/sound/audio)

I have been battling this issue for several years, and have done everything I could do, but the issue pops up once in a while. At first, I thought I had a bad L1, so I sent it in, but that made no difference. Yes, but the F1 doesn’t do this. It would make a lot more sense if the F1 subs did this since it draws a lot more power and is much more demanding. It’s very strange the L1 resets itself and the F1 doesn’t under a heavy load since a majority of the load is from the F1s. I measured this from a kill o watt. Help! Connected to my mixing table, my Bose speaker gives an echo

Urgent request! I am a singer-pianist and I have a Behringer mixing table to which I connect my microphone and digital piano. I used to use large dB speakers but tomorrow am performing in a very small room for which my Bose Soundtouch 20 music wireless system would be perfect. " Do you mean that you hear the sound of the keyboard slightly after you strike a key? If so, that's known as latency, and it's likely that we can't fix that with this combination of equipment. Hello, this is not a development question. Have you at bose ever thought about issuing the L1 II model in stereo, meaning that e.g. speaker 1 goes R, speaker 2 goes L, speaker 3 goes R . . . speaker 24 goes L. An then have a switch to be able so choose between stereo oder mono play. This would for shure push the sales of the T4s and T8s right away. Popping sound on tonematch

L1 compact problem.

Hi I own two l1 compact towers and have tried all the obvious changing tops and extensions and even the power lead. The problem is the xlr channel even with nothing connected has a crackle. L1 II with (and without) tonematch T1 has poor audio

Brand new out of the box. The sound quality coming out, especially the bass response is distorted and much lower quality that expected from this system. Hello Derek, I'm sorry for the late reply. Thank you for the added information. You'll also need a a crossover or system controller to send the correct frequencies to the B2 bass modules. Otherwise you'll have some overlap of low end frequencies with the 802s. Also - the B2 bass modules were not engineered to run full range. They don't sound great above 200 Hz. This could work. The default signal from the L1 Model II Power Stand Bass Line Out is 40-200 Hz and the EQ is tuned for the B2...Read More...

T4S USB playback

Two main observations. Not all USB sticks will work, only found one out of 5 I own worked, ironically a USB 3 Sandisk Extreme 64Gb formatted FAT 32. I see Bose reference those they have tested in the documentation, but the upfront marketing doesn’t appear to mention this. Not all WAV files will play, they appear to need to be created at a sample rate of 44100 16bit (Haven’t checked 44100 24bit yet). Hello, baldmusician. Thanks for the clarification. The T1 has three XLR combo jack inputs (Channels 1, 2, 3). These support microphones. Channel 4/5 is a line-level input and is not suitable for a microphone. However, if you need to run connect a fourth microphone, you can use an impedance matching transformer to connect it to channel 4.
